• By temporarily disconnecting service, Customer understands they are still responsible for any unpaid amounts owed. If while on vacation Customer keeps a Red Bolt managed router or Wi-Fi extender, Customer will be assessed the monthly rental fee for all equipment.
• A $20 cleaning fee, plus tax, per device, will be assessed if equipment needs cleaning. If the equipment is returned unusable, (i.e., returned without power cord or damaged), Customer is responsible for full retail charges of equipment.
